Q2. Is it difficult to arrange a legal wedding? A. No. That is what we specialize in and other than having to supply a few
documents (maybe no more than you would have to supply in your home country) and a short visit to your Embassy or Consulate, all the other details of registration and

Q3. When is the best time for a wedding in Bali? A. The dry season from mid April to end of October is always the most popular time
because the weather is milder and there is far less chance of rain when planning an outdoor wedding. The nights are delightfully cool in the dry season and just
right for an outdoor dinner reception. [Top]
Q4. What type of venue do you recommend for a wedding? A. The type of venue really depends on your personal preference for the type
of wedding you wish to have and the number of guests that will be attending the wedding. Tell us the type of wedding you would like to have and we will supply you

Q5. Should our guests be dressed in formal clothes? A. The
dress code for your guests will depend on the type of wedding you choose but, in general, most wedding guests wear 'dressy casual'. Of course, if you wish to

Q7. Can I have a wedding cake made to my own design? A. Yes. Just send us a photo of the cake
design and we will request a quotation from our wedding cake specialist. [Top]
Q8. Can I have a bouquet made to a specific design? A. Yes. Our florist is one of the best known florists and floral
decoration artists in Bali and can reproduce any bouquet design - depending on availability of the flowers at the time of year that you have chosen for your wedding.

Q9. Can you assist me to rent a wedding gown or have my gown tailor made in Bali? A. Yes. We can help you with organizing this for
yourself or for any of your wedding party. [Top]
Q10. Can we write our own wedding vows? A. Yes. We will supply you with the standard ceremony for your chosen type of
wedding and you can rewrite the vows and customize the ceremony by choosing your own readings or perhaps having a family member read a special passage from the bible. [Top]
Q11. Do you supply music for the ceremony? A. Yes you can have a choice of several live music options or choose to supply your own
pre-recorded CD music. [Top]
Q12. How many days before the wedding should we arrive in Bali? A. We advise that you should arrive at least two days prior to the
wedding to give you adequate time to settle in before the big day. We would arrange to have a pre-wedding meeting with you a day or two prior to the wedding to run
through all of the final arrangements. [Top]
Q13. If we visit Bali in the months prior to our wedding can we meet with you to discuss our wedding plans? A. Yes, we would
love to be able to meet with you prior to the wedding as this gives us a better idea of your personality and individual styles which can assist us in our recommendations
for all aspects of your wedding plans. [Top]
Q14. We need to supply some very personal documentation for a legal wedding. What do you do with these documents and information?
A. We only supply the documents to the Civil and Church authorities for the process of the registration of your marriage. We guarantee your privacy and all
documents are kept in a confidential file and once you arrive in Bali and provide all of the original documentation and the paperwork has been completed we dispose of
